Flat and Twisted handle paper bags

Flat/Twist Handle Paperbag is a work-horse among Paperbaggies, a category of “cash and carry”. The main purpose is for taking home our shopping, but it is excellent for gifting as well.

 

The handles ensure a convenient, easy-grip, thanks to the twisted or flat handle glued between the upper reinforcement. This type is mostly made from 80, 90, 110 gsm white or brown paper. Due to the characteristics of the material, it can be easily screen or flexo printed. The handles can be even separately coloured to fit the whole image.

 

It is great to present a brochure or a promotional gift during a conference or an exhibition. It is not the most durable type of bag, although it can carry 3-4 kg weight. With careful handling, it can be reused a couple of times before the bag wears out.

    Print TIP 2# Darker full cover prints need extra drying time, which will prolong the delivery time.
    Print TIP 3# Printing on brown paper can affect the colour of the print, especially in case of 4C print.
    Print TIP 4# Printing on the inner side (dark blue or black print) should be avoided on art paper. We do not take responsibility if the print will be harmed on the bending lines.

    Production times are dependable on the ordered quantities. According to our experience, the production of paper bags takes 2-3 weeks from the approval of the final graphic design.

    The delivery is done mostly by our own vehicles, but in case of special requests we can speed up the shipping by a courier service.

    On your first order, 50% downpayment is necessary. You have 8 days from the actual delivery to transfer the remaining 50%.

    The minimum order quantity for rope handle bags is 500 pcs, but in case of flat or ribbon handle bags it depends on the size – usually from 150-300 pcs.

    We don’t do graphic design, so it must be supplied by the customer in each case. The best we can offer is to adapt the received graphic design elements.

    In case of rope handle paper bags, we usually suggest 6-8 size variations to our clients. For flat/twisted or ribbon handle bags we advise 4-6 sizes with brown or white material options.

     

    Besides our standard paper bag sizes, we have more than a hundred different die-cutting tools. We hope everyone can find a matching size. In case of a special request, we also design and produce a new size for a ribbon or rope handle bag. In this case, additional arrangements are necessary.
